Attempted Celtics 2015 NBA Draft Predictions: Swan

Alright so im aware i have no real credibility & my only sources are through social media, but i still feel that i have a somewhat grasp on Sports.
Celts in the 2015 NBA Draft are put in a position where Danny Ainge can be aggressive with his moves. The team is young with last year being a surprise in terms of overall scheme for the future.Boston does not have much lottery hope unless some strings need to be pulled but there always ends up being good value at 16 and 28. Three recent examples of this are the sudden emergence of Jimmy Butler, Draymond Green and Hassan Whiteside.
Toughest part of this end of the draft is that anything can really happen, meaning literally each of the mock drafts i checked out (SI.com, ESPN, Bleacher Report,Yahoo) didnt have a predictable order. Most NBA teams go best avaliable talent, not relying on position as much. So heres the prospects i noticed that floated around 16 and 28.
16th pick-
Sam Dekker
Stanley Johnson
Kelly Oubre
RJ Hunter
Trey Lyles
Cameron Payne
Ultimately i think Dekker and Stanley Johnson will be gone so i'd like to see the Celts take Kelly Oubre or if still there Trey Lyles. Although neither of these guys are NBA ready, only way you can trade for the Horse is by gathering the ponys.
28th Pick:
Cliff Alexander
Montrez Harrel
Justin Anderson
Rakeem Christmas
Dakari Johnson
ONE answer here, CLIFF ALEXANDER.
I seriously wouldnt care if the C's took him at 16. This guy is a Monster and will be the rim protector were looking for. He has some similarities to Fab Melo (bust), with some past Academic problems as well as being some serious raw talent. If Kansas had him this March theyre a lock for a Final Four spot. All in all i think its worth it.

No matter who we get were trending in the right direction, GO C's.
